How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders entered on a business day, by 11 am Eastern Time ship the same day. Orders entered after 11 am Eastern Time will ship the following business day. Orders entered on a non-business day, will ship the following business day. (Monday-Friday)  (Holidays shipping time may differ)

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are, we ship from North Carolina. You may look up shipping times on UPS.com 

 

How can I track my order? 

You can track your orders and returns via our Orders and Returns page. Fill in the required information and we will give you an updated status on your order.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

While we hope you are satisfied with your order, we understand if you may want to return items. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the receipt of purchase. Click here to view our full Return Policy

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Hopefully in the future we will offer this option.

 

How do your clothes fit?

To get an accurate size, please measure your neck, chest, sleeve length and waist and then compare to our size chart to find the best fit for you.

Is there a waiting list/system for Out of Stock items?

If an item you are looking for is out of stock, you can subscribe to our back in stock notification. This form will appear when you select an item currently unavailable. Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email from us as soon as its back in stock.

 

Can I buy a gift certificate in store?

Currently the only Gift Cards we offer are E-Gift Cards.

 

Can I use more than one gift card per order?

Yes, you may use more than one Gift Card on your order. Only one discount code is allowed per order.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

If the package is 10 pounds or below, we can have USPS deliver your package to your P.O. Box.

 

Can I change/cancel my order once it’s been placed?

How do I Edit or Remove Items from my cart?

To Edit/Remove items from your shopping card, hover your mouse or click on the “Shopping Cart” Icon in the top right corner of your screen. There you can make edits to your order including size, color and quantity and see the current total in your cart.

If a certain product of out of stock, when will it come back in stock/what do I do?

Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. A Fish Hippie representative will notify you at the e-mail address and/or phone number that you have provided.  All Items in an order will be shipped via the shipping service type when placing the order. The status of a backordered item will remain processing until the merchandise is in stock. We will contact you within 24 hours after your order is placed (Monday-Friday), if purchased after 11am on Friday through Sunday we will be in touch with you on the following Monday (exception of Holidays).
