SHIPPING POLICY 

Apparel 
Orders entered on a business day, by 11 am Eastern Time ship the same day. Orders entered after 11 am Eastern Time will ship the following business day. Orders entered on a non-business day, will ship the following business day. (Monday-Friday)  
 
Wine 

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.  
  • UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes; please provide a street address. We prefer to ship to a business address.
  • UPS shipments require an adult’s signature.  We do not ship internationally.

Due to shipping regulations at the present time we do NOT ship to the following states:
SD, UT, OK, AR, MS, AL, KY, PA, DE, MA.

We ship wines at the beginning of each week to get your shipment to you before the weekend.

This policy insures that your wines arrive in the best possible condition.  

 

RETURN POLICY 

At Fish Hippie we stand behind what we sell. While we hope you're always satisfied with your order, we understand there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply download and complete this RETURNS FORM and enclose it with the items and post back to:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase. 
 
***Special Christmas Return Policy. Purchases made from 11/25 - 12/24 will have until 1/30/17 to return items for a refund. We will accept a return for credit, full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase. 
 
Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Fish Hippie cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. All returned merchandise must be received by Fish Hippie prior to receiving a refund or credit. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. 
 
BACKORDER POLICY
 

Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. If we are unable to ship any merchandise on backorder within sixty (60) days from the day of your order, we will notify you at the e-mail address and/or phone number that you have provided.  All Items in an order will be shipped via the shipping service type when placing the order. The status of a backordered item will remain processing until the merchandise is in stock. We will contact you within 24 hours after your order is placed (Monday-Friday), if purchased after 11am on Friday through Sunday we will be in touch with you on the following Monday (exception of Holidays).
